description

The UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) sought a supplier to assist in the management and oversight of its Forest Governance, Markets and Climate 2 (FGMC2) programme - PMSST (programme management support and strategy team).

This will include managing and overseeing Accountable Grants (AG) on behalf of FCDO, conducting the programmes' overall monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), and providing strategic and technical advice to FCDO and programme partners, while ensuring overall coherence with the programme Theory of Change.

The PMSST Supplier will work closely with the FCDO supporting political and strategic engagement to assist in the delivery of programme objectives; consolidate programme level reporting, provide technical oversight over a broad range of delivery partners working in multiple countries; and manage a portfolio of grants (approximately 20 with a value of about £50 million) across a range of partner countries in Asia, Pacific, Africa and South America.

This contract may be extended by 1 year and up to a value of £12m (£3m for services and £9m for grants) subject to the needs of FCDO.
