Medway Council is a unitary local authority located in north Kent. The Council seeks to develop 12 sites for the provision of new-built private and affordable housing throughout the Medway area. The individual projects are estimated to range in value between £2m and £20m with the intention that some of the affordable housing development will be sold to registered social landlords. The Council requires a comprehensive report on the financial, accounting and statutory accounting matters associated with the proposal as detailed in section 3.
