This service specification will form a part of the contract between the commissioner, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (Sandwell MBC), and the prospective provider(s) of a comprehensive, high quality and cost effective data collection system. It sets out the expectations of the commissioner, key performance indicators (KPIs) and the processes for the monitoring, evaluation and review of the service.
