A Framework agreement to provide for the provision of painting and decorating services at the Premises, which shall typically include, but not be limited to, the following (the "Services"):
- Internal walls and skirting
- Fillers
- Joinery
- Radiators
- Ceilings
- Floors
- External woodwork
- External walls
- Handrails and/or railings
- Internal and external doors
- Metal work
- Spray paint
