The procurement of Locum Educational Psychologist (EP) capacity to deliver Statutory Duties. These Statutory Duties include providing psychological advice, additional assessment and advice and Annual Reviews for children in complex situations e.g. change of placement, consultancy to SENA following Statutory Assessment and Advice, providing written and oral Tribunal evidence.
