West Berkshire District Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver independent visitor, mentoring, childrens' rights and advocacy services to children and young people that are in care or leaving care, aged up to 24 years in line with the definitions in the Children Act and the Leaving Care Act.
