The outcome of this project is to create a JCT Framework Agreement for a maximum of 6 pre-approved providers, signed up to pre-agreed pricing - schedule of rates and JCT terms and conditions for the provision of shower and wet room disabled adaptations. The work to be awarded will not be via mini competition, instead, all work will be allocated on a strict rota basis for adaptations to residential properties to provide shower and wet room facilities including screens, seats, handrails and associated building works to aid the disabled.
