L17104-Q-RC Cleaning Consultancy

LLA is seeking independent cleaning consultancy services to support the procurement of a new cleaning contract. Due to the value of the contract, the tender will be run under European procurement rules (OJEU) and support is required to ensure compliance is maintained with these rules.

The current cleaning contract is expected to end 13th March 2018 there LLA are seeking a Cleaning Consultant to review this contract and develop the specification and SLAs as a way of improving the perceived cleanliness of the Airport. The new cleaning contract value is expected to be within the region of £2,000,000 and £3,000,000 depending on the duration.

The provider must have experience of both OJEU and cleaning procurement advisory services. Bidders must not be affiliated with a cleaning provider and must be able to demonstrate how they will maintain independency when advising on the specification and contract for the cleaning tender.

The tender process will be carried out by the LLA Procurement Team using their e-procurement platform InTend and LLA Procurement Tender & Evaluation template documents.

Please note you must express an interest through this portal in order to be attached to the tender project. After expressing interest and reviewing any tender documents, in order to progress you will also be asked whether or not you wish to Opt In or Opt Out of the process and click the appropriate button.

Doing so will indicate to the buyers your intention to either make a submission or not and allow you to progress. Once you have opted in, you will be able to submit a response and use the Correspondence facility to ask any tender related questions.
