Complex Control Annual Maintenance and Call Out
Service Visits (Based Upon Two 12 monthly inspections if required, charged at daily rate as below):
- Attendance at site to carry out Mains fail tests and adjust where necessary
- Download/Interrogation of all controllers
- Check Events ie History, Faults, Alarms etc.
- Report any Software Enhancements that may be beneficial
- Visual Inspection of control panels
- Condition of Control Panel Batteries and Support System
- Condition of Control Panel Lamps/switches
- Dust Removal as required, general clean as required
- Check condition of vent/fan filters
- Check Panel Temperature
- Control Battery Test
