description

To supplement the work carried out on Prisons Commission 2 which related to the following activity at 12 prisons: Fire strategy; compartmentation and fire door conditioning report; assessment of site emergency water supply system. A combined total of 26,290 tasks requiring attention were identified in the original commission, and the MoJ Property Fire Safety team require support to review the outputs and present them in such a way to enable the respective APOM/RPOM to assess whether works can be undertaken via normal FM Provider resources or whether a project is required. This includes inputting to the MOJ Property/HMPPS "Risk Prioritisation Matrix" and classifying the degree of complexity.
