Cambrian Court Catering Services

Dear All,

This notice is for catering services at Cambrian Green Court for Housing and Care 21. The contract start date is 24th July 2017.

A mini-competition will be held for this contract, can you review the information below and advise if you want to take part in competing for a bid. See attached contract for your reference.

Important information

Opening hours: Monday to Friday between 12:00-14:00.

TUPE: TUPE applies to this appointment. Two members of staff will be affected by TUPE; one is full time and the other part-time.

Footfall: approx 20-30 people daily.

Food options: meals consist of

1. A main course.
2. A light soft meal choice suitable for those with eating difficulties.
3. An alternative main choice e.g. vegetarian or ethnic diet.
4. A hot pudding.
5. A cold sweet alternative.

Court Address: Housing & Care 21, Cambrian Green Court, Wellington Road, Yate, Bristol, BS37 5AD.

Contract Term: There years.

Equipment: All cooking equipment will be provided on a free of charge basis. Suppliers are expected to complete a deep clean of the kitchen six monthly.

Fees: The service provider shall provide and pay for all food, beverages and refreshments and ingredients used in the provision of the services.

The services provider shall pay in relation to the kitchen;

1. local authority rates.
2. gas rates.
3. electricity rates.
4. water rates.

Termination: Housing and Care 21 and the service provider can serve notice at any time providing three months notice.
