The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor who is Constructionline Registered to carry out these works so that they are complete by the end of June 2019 ready for landlord acceptance at lease end 15 July 2019. It is anticipated that building work will need to commence 1st April 2019 so contactors must be available to start the work then.
