C14016 Electrical Works

C14016 Electrical Works is for the Employer's sites across the county of Kent and covers the installation, repair and making good of all electrical services on both domestic and commercial premises by NICEIC (or ECA) registered contractors. All work is to conform to the latest edition of the IEE regulations. From August 2016, the contract shall also provide for the maintenance of Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting on the majority of sites. The Employer is to receive full and uninterrupted use of the essential operational areas throughout the period of this agreement. The Employer requires that an emergency call out service is provided as well as an out of hours service. Tenderers should note there is no guarantee that all electrical works required by the Employer will be offered under this contract. JCT Standard Form of Measured Term Contract 2011 Edition as revised and supplemented, with the Public Sector Supplement 2011 and Measured Term Contract 2011 CDM Regulations Supplement 2015, Amendment 1 shall apply.
