description
The London Borough of Hillingdon seeks to appoint the services of an independent organisation with suitable knowledge, experience and qualifications to conduct detailed investigatations into problems of condensation and damp within four of its housing tower blocks. These investigations should identify the causes of the existing problems and recommend appropriate remedial works.
Additional information: The Council will evaluate all tenders received on the basis of the 'most economically advantageous tender' and will apply weightings of 80% Price and 20% Quality to determine this.
Tenders must be submitted through the capitalesourcing portal and be uploaded no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, 25th September 2015.
