Worcestershire County Council ('the Council') is establishing a dynamic purchasing system ('the DPS') to identify additional suitable Service Providers to deliver The Provision Of Training Programmes For Young People Aged 16-18yrs (Up to 24yrs With Educational Health Care Plan) Who Are, Or Are At Risk Of, NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) In Worcestershire and/or Herefordshire.

The training programmes are for eligible 16-18 year old young people (up to 24yrs With Educational Health Care Plan), to enable them to progress into further education, apprenticeships or skilled employment aligned to Raising the Participation Age.

Services are required to provide sufficient coverage across Herefordshire & Worcestershire.
