GB-Rickmansworth: LMC Utility & topo survey

The objective of this commission is to provide a Phase 1 (Desk Top Study and Site Walkover) & 2 (Site Investigation) site and ground investigation report and topographical survey to inform the shortlisted tenderers of ground conditions, utilities and drainage together with a site survey in order to eliminate associated risks (as far as is reasonably practicable ) during the design process stage.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
