The vision is 'Equitable and inclusive lifelong learning that empowers people to thrive in life and work'. The strategy is a key contributor to the overarching Doncaster Delivering Together Borough Strategy, and developing Regenerative Economy Strategy; and each of these documents recognise the importance of lifelong learning as a key driver for inclusive prosperity and wellbeing - a means to improving health outcomes, living standards, earnings, in-work progression and reducing unemployment.
