Call-off via direct award from ESPO 664 Framework
This contract is to support the Council in delivering the Better Lives programme, a service-wide transformation programme that encompasses all of the planned work to deliver the required budget savings in adult social care over the next 3 years. The role of the contracted supplier will be to bring specific skills and expertise to projects within the programme where the Council team is currently unable to drive the work forwards at the required pace.
