description

DWP annual demand is for Life Cycle Work (LCW), small projects, Minor works typically under £300K, with a mix of higher value LCW Asset replacement works over £300k - 3m and lease events driven CAPEX works.

The DWP uses two Pipelines - LCW Projects and Capex Projects. The DWP typical spend over £50m on LCW works and over £40m on Capex Projects.

In addition we anticipate an emerging Work Place Transformation Programme to deliver estates changes. Via our future commercial arrangements we would like to work with successful Contractors through early engagement discussions to develop options on the efficient and effective way to undertake the Pipeline / Programme requirements.

We aim to share the Pipeline with Contractors as this will be critical so that with enduring demand we can share the quantum of work.
