The scope of work is as follows:
| • | advising on appropriate contractual structures; |
| • | drafting contractual terms and/or reviewing those proposed by suppliers; |
| • | advising on the procurement processes involved; |
| • | reviewing procurement documents such as SQs, ITTs, ITPDs, etc.; |
| • | dealing with ad hoc legal queries from the Bank and opposing legal counsel throughout. |
