BwDBC Surfacing and Civils Works Framework Lot 1 - Surfacing
This Scheme will cover the resurfacing of highways on:
- Alderman Arthur Townsend Way, Blackburn
- Greenhead Avenue, Blackburn
- Jack Walker Way, Blackburn
- Kelsall Avenue, Blackburn
- Shadsworth Road, Blackburn
- Sough Road, Darwen
- Troy Street, Blackburn
- Vale Street, Blackburn
- West Park Road, Blackburn
And will encompass the following works
- Carriageway inlay resurfacing;
- Adjustment and/or replacement of ironwork;
- Replacement of road markings;
- Replacement of pedestrian delineation studs;
- Liaison with stakeholders and the public;
- Traffic management.
