description

The Havebury Housing Partnership wishes to procure a Professional Consultancy Framework Agreement in support of its Affordable Housing Development programme, which presently is approximately 11 schemes / 140 dwellings per annum. Projects will primarily be new-build, but redevelopment or rehabilitation of existing dwellings may also be included.

The Framework will be procured as an Open process in 3 Lots:

Architects and Planning Consultant (Lot 1), Employers Agent and Principal Designer (Lot 2), Valuers (Lot 3). Organisations are permitted to bid for one or more lots with no limit on the maximum number of lots applied for. Organisations tendering for more than one Lot are required to provide a full tender submission for each Lot. Havebury will apply the award criteria for each Lot as set out in the Procurement Documents.

The proposed Framework Agreement is for a maximum of 4 years, however contracts entered into under the Agreement may continue, where appropriate, beyond its duration.

Additional information: Please ensure you check the website regularly for updates regarding tender queries as this will help you complete your tender submission.

All queries to contracts@havebury.com by query deadline of 4th December 2019.

The temporary Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) reference number has been issued: 19-559273-001

The official Contract Notice number will be posted once it has been confirmed by TED.
