Quotation for preparing and drafting a Sustainability Appraisal and Habitats Regulation Assessment for the Emerging Sandwell Development Plan

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (The Council) wishes to invite suitably experienced and qualified consultants to undertake a Sustainability Appraisal (SA) and Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) of the emerging Sandwell Development Plan in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and national guidance contained in the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). This will form an integral part of the evidence base to underpin the new Local Plan.
