Committee Management System

The Council has entered into a contract for the provision of a Committee and Decisions Management System. The system will support the full democratic governance lifecycle, enabling paperless committee working and providing both public-facing and internal functionality to enhance transparency, accessibility, and efficient decision-making.

The scope of the contract includes, but is not limited to:

• Committee and decision management
• Report authoring, management, and approval workflows
• Forward plan and work programme management
• Publication of democratic information via public website and intranet

The contract is for a duration of 2 years commencing 01/06/2027, with the option to extend for a further year. This contract has been awarded as a direct award via the GCA Vertical Application Solution Framework (RM6259). Due to the Authority's specific platform requirements, Mod.gov was identified as the only suitable platform capable of continuing to deliver the required services.
