The Works include external and communal painting and repairs including but not limited to:
- Surveys to identify works to each property
- Lubrication of PVC window locks/hinges and composite door lubrication (during survey)
- Clean gutters and wash PVC frames & cills
- Pre-paint repairs
- External painting
- Painting of internal communal area.
