Raven Housing Trust wish to procure a contractor to manage the risk of the legionella bacteria forming in water systems, through site based water hygiene risk assessment and monitoring, cleaning and disinfection of water storage tanks and systems, in compliance with the Approved Code of Practice (L8), and recognised current 'best practice' within properties under its control
