The London Borough of Hillingdon invites tenders for the removal of an existing soft play surface area and for its replacement with a 'Wet Pour' impact absorbing surface to two play areas plus associated works in accordance with BS EN 1177, BS 7188 and the SAPCA Code of Practice.
