Appointment of 2 or 3 suitable providers who are able to carry out a variety of serious remedial repairs to domestic and commercial properties within acceptable timescales. The types of works required will include damp proofing works (chemical injection, tanking), masonry repairs, piling, floor renewals (solid and suspended) and reinstatement work to fire damaged properties.
