Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, on behalf of Welwyn Hatfield Community Housing Trust is seeking two Contractors to undertake Disabled Adaptation Works.
LOT 1: INTERNAL AND MAJOR ADAPTATIONS
LOT 2: EXTERNAL AND MINOR ADAPTATIONS
The scope of the Works under these Contract comprises the following Workstreams:
| • | Minor adaptation works; |
| • | Major Works: Disabled Adaptation Works; |
| • | Internal communal adaptations; |
| • | Co-ordination with Responsive Repairs Contractor; |
| • | Co-ordination with Gas Servicing Contractor; |
| • | Co-ordination with Stairlift and Hoist Contractor; |
| • | Co-ordination with Asbestos Consultant; and |
| • | Co-ordination with Asbestos Remediation Contractor; |
Orders may be placed in respect to Works to:
| • | Tenanted properties; |
| • | Internal and External Communal Areas (including garages, bin stores, refuse chambers and the like); |
| • | Sheltered Housing; |
| • | Supported Housing; |
