CBC-0741-T-CE Employers Agent for Housing New Build Programme - AWARD

The CBC Housing Service is focused on building new homes in the right areas to meet housing demand. This will improve the offer for residents through the provision of new general needs housing, specialist housing and independent living schemes.

The services of an Employer's Agent is being sought for three funded schemes that have a cumulative construction value of £45m together with the potential to deliver services on other, as yet unfunded schemes.

It is expected that the lead Employers Agent (EA) be a full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Chartered Institute of Building or registered with the Architects Registration Board or have relevant and significant demonstrable experience in the role.

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, no later than 12:00 noon on 15/06/2017, tenders received after that time will be excluded.

Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
