Independence Training Units (Pods)

Bristol City Council invites tenders from suitably experienced Contractors to fully deliver a turnkey package to provide three additional 2-bedroom eco-pods at The Brislington Centre, 40 School Road, Brislington, Bristol, BS4 4NN. The appointment also includes the services of a Principal Designer for the project.The project is for the installation of semi independence training accommodation, through the provision of three self-contained Units or 'POD's that are linked to the main building through assisted services. Each pod is to have two single bedrooms. Bidders are to refer to the Authorities Requirements for Bristol City Councils requirements. The contract will be an agreement incorporating a schedule of amendments to the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 Edition.
