The Council's support and maintenance contract for their Symantec Licenses is due to expire on 13th July 2017. The Council would like to enter into a 1 year support and maintenance contract commencing 14th July 2017. During the 1 year contract period the Council would like to upgrade from v10.4 to v12 in two phases as outlined in specification.
