Subject to agreement by both parties this contract may be extended until 30/09/19 using the same pricing as for year 1.
Value per annum £131,463 + VAT
Additional condition allows Defra to insource the hosting requirement for this contract at any time by providing 30 calendar days' notice to the Supplier. Note that 3 week's notice is required before expiry to extend the contract.
