Car Park Improvement Works - St Mary's Gate depot

Car park improvement Works to Magenta Living's building materials depot at St Mary's Gate in Birkenhead, Wirral.

The current configuration of the car park needs to be improved to ensure the health, safety and welfare of Magenta Living and Travis Perkins staff and visitors using the car park and entering and exiting the premises. Our yard is critical to the smooth running of Magenta Living's repairs services and we are looking to minimise disruption with the successful Contractor. Vehicular access for Technicians, building materials deliveries, and collections, and access to Skips and Skip Vehicles will be needed throughout the delivery of the Works.
