L18022-T-JC Replacement of LTHW valves within the New Terminal Building Boiler House

This project has 2 elements:-

1. Replacement of 24, large diameter (150 to 250mm Diameter), low temperature hot water isolation valves which due to their age, do not effectively close and impacts TSD's ability to carry out maintenance on the boiler system.
2. installation of 2 new gas fired water boilers which will be dedicated to supply the new terminal with hot water and eliminate the need to run the current large boilers during the summer period.

Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
