description
The Council is seeking to engage specialist support to assist it in developing a Worcester City Strategic Play Area Development Plan.
It is envisaged that this would take 2 parts, the first being the carrying out of a detailed consultation exercise around future outdoor play space provision across the city and secondly from that consultation, the development of a Strategic Play Area Development Plan.
The Council will expect the consultant to take a holistic view and consider current delivery and good practice in this area. In addition it is expected that the consultant will undertake a detailed and meaningful consultation with different groups of individuals (including children and young people), community groups and with the Council's Elected Members, which will provide the Council with a rich dataset that could inform the next generation of investment into outdoor play provision in the city.
The Council has set a maximum budget of £40,000 for the Project.
