These services cover the computer software development and related tasks needed to deliver a new version of the DAP. The services to be delivered include:
- Investigate and resolve remaining design questions
- Update design specifications
- Review specifications with MHRA and DHMA to obtain formal approval
- Develop the software
- Write instructions and software scripts to perform the deployment of the software into an existing test or production environment
- Administration documentation
- Write system test plan, system test scripts, and perform system testing
- Assist with deployment in the user acceptance test environment
- Support users during acceptance testing
- Assist with deployment in the production environment
- Performance check after start of production
- Project management and reporting of project progress
