Classroom based accredited workplace HR Mediation training. That accreditation should be OCN (or equivalent). In the first instance for up to 8 delegates. By the end of the training delegates should be accredited workplace mediators and must be trained in the Facilitative style of Mediation. See attached Invitation to Tender (ITT) document.
