description
The consultant is required to provide technical advice, support and representation to all Project group individually and collectively, throughout the Development Consent Order (DCO) process.
Non statutory phase of DCO process is being funded by Promoter of the Scheme, however the consultant may also be required to advise the Planning Authorities during the statutory stage. Should this be required, this will be funded by Planning Authorities themselves.
The consultant will provide technical advisory consultancy services in respect of all environmental impact assessment disciplines; traffic and highways matters; planning policy compliance; and engineering considerations arising in respect of the Scheme and the associated documentation produced by the DCO Applicant.
