You are invited to submit a bid for 1 year, for the renewal of maintenance of Dell KACE 1000 Appliance.

Hywel Dda Health Board requires a one year maintenance contract with a provider to support the below ICT Infrastructure systems:

Kace 1000:

Kace 1000 delivers clients to all PCs and laptops, enabling remote support, hardware and software asset management, as well as delivering software packages and other configuration items.

To be considered, suppliers must be able to provide all software updates and documentation for the Dell I KACE appliance.

The successful supplier must be able to provide patches for Microsoft and 3rd party applications (Dell I KACE appliance 1000 series.)

Hywel Dda Health Board requires access to competent support staff via telephone, email and fax for Dell I KACE Appliance specific questions, with no limit on the number of calls per month.

Hywel Dda Health Board requires access to an online technical support portal.

The successful supplier must be able to deliver training sessions on advance Dell I KACE appliance topics.
