description

A sloping roof light runs the length of the building and clerestory windows run at high level to the first floor. Both of these glazed element are failing allowing the ingress of water. The building is Glulam framed and Glulam roof beams run through the building finishing externally. Those on the south elevation have capping however those to the North have suffered from decay. The project includes cutting back excess length of beams and capping.
