The Agency is looking for a 12 month maintenance contract for its Genetic Analyser (3130-16).The serial number of the equipment is 1480-021.
The maintenance contract should provide the following;
- Includes all labour, Parts and Travel for unlimited breakdowns throughout the contract period
- One planned maintenance visit per annum
- Free access to Technical support helpline
- Guaranteed call back within 3 working hours for breakdowns
- Fast onsite response. Engineer to be onsite within 48 working hours and guaranteed onsite within 72 working hours
- Contract credit (100% if equipment is traded in during first 6 months of coverage, 50% otherwise)
