DDA Programme Access Auditor

The Council are currently undertaking a review of a number of projects and are requiring an independent review of the design teams proposals, on a number of projects to ensure compliance with legislation surrounding Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), BS8300: {2009) and Part M of the Building Regulations. Final Commission may be let directly with the preferred bidder with whom the Council believes it will obtain best value. These documents are being made available on the condition that they are used solely in connection with this “Request For Quotation” (RFQ), and no other purpose.

Additional information: In order for yourselves to gain access to information and be able to submit quotations and tender bids to RBKC in future, it is necessary for you to register on the capitalEsourcing portal. Please see instructions for the process below:-

To access the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire/Request For Quotation/Invitation To Tender, please go to: www.capitalesourcing.com. You will be required to register on the system, however once this is done you will in future be able to access opportunities across the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, Westminster City, City of London, Newham, Hillingdon and Havering Councils as well. Answers provided in any PQQ/RFQ/ITT exercise can also be saved and carried through to any future procurement exercises you may participate in.
