description
Ageing Better is currently developing a pilot in the West Midlands through a co-design and prototyping process. We're seeking an evaluator to come on board at the end of the prototyping phase, to shape the evaluation framework, and generate useful and impactful learning from the pilot.
We know that the intervention will broadly take the shape of one of the opportunities identified during our initial research phase (see Appendix 8 in the ITT). At the time of publication of this ITT, we are unable to provide further detail on the solution to be piloted.
We will bring the evaluators in at the end of the prototyping phase (early January 2022) to observe the final decision-making element of this phase - when we decide which solution to pilot, to deepen their understanding of the project.
They will then have three months to work with the Ageing Better team to scope the evaluation and develop an evaluation framework. We expect the pilot itself will run from April to October 2022 and that the evaluation will continue approximately 12 months after the pilot completes, to assess whether any outcomes are sustained.
Additional information: Deadline for tender submissions is Friday 19 November 2021 at 4pm.
