Torus is an influential new housing group with a commitment to bringing affordable homes and job opportunities to the region and began to operate on 1 April 2015. Torus combines the strength, skills, local knowledge and strategic intent of two well established housing associations, Helena Partnerships based in St Helens and Golden Gates Housing Trust based in Warrington.
Torus are going out to market to seek a Facilities Management provider with a proven track record of providing a complete Facilities Management service including both hard and soft facilities.
