Provision of Office Cleaning Services

Selwood Housing Society Limited (Selwood Housing) is a Registered Provider (TSA Register No. LH4097) and Registered Charity (Charity No. 1141124), working to improve homes and communities. We are based in Trowbridge and operate in Wiltshire and Somerset within one hour of our office. We are a not-for-profit housing association with over 5,400 properties available for renting at affordable prices. We work closely with other agencies to acquire, provide, construct, improve or manage houses or other accommodation available for letting.

Selwood Housing wishes to enter into a contract for the provision of office cleaning services at our two offices that are based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

The successful tenderer will be expected to clean both offices daily in line with a cleaning schedule that will be provided as part of the tender documents.

It is intended that the winning tenderer will be appointed for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months, any extensions will be subject to the winning tenderer's satisfactory performance during the duration of the contract.

The estimated expenditure over 4 years is GBP140,000, this figure is provided as guidance only and Selwood Housing gives no commitment to minimum levels of expenditure.

Office tours are scheduled to take place between 16th - 18th January 2017, any tenderer that wishes to attend these office tour will be required to notify Selwood Housing, using the contact details stated within the invitation to tender no later than 11th January 2017.
