Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterbough City Council VAA Regional Adoption Agency (RAA)

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) and Peterborough City Council (PCC) (The "Authority") wishes to invite Tenders for the supply of services in respect of a VAA Regional Adoption Agency (RAA) Services in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. The successful Potential Provider will be responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with the Contract Manager identified by the Authority.

Voluntary Adoption Agency (VAA) recruit and assess prospective adopters, they create matches for children who are in care of the Local Authority, and are then paid by the Authority to cover their costs. VAAs are required to be registered (Adoption Agency and Adoption support Agency) with OFSTED, this opportunity is only open to such registered VAAs. CCC and PCC are jointly commissioning the services. CCC is acting as the lead commissioner.

LGSS Procurement is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Light Touch Regime (LTR) within the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 on behalf of the Authority.
