Public Realm Design Works- Mulberry Parade, West Drayton, London Borough of Hillingdon

The London Borough of Hillingdon is investing £570k to upgrade the public realm at Mulberry Parade situated in West Drayton.

Mulberry Parade consists of 11 Council owned shops which are all occupied. The parade is serviced by the U5 bus route which links Uxbridge Station to Hayes & Harlington Station and is within 1.2 miles of West Drayton Station. Both ends of the parade are surrounded by residential properties ensuring high footfall. This includes over 1000 residential properties within the adjacent development of the former RAF West Drayton site which closed in 2008.

The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) was looking to engage the services of an experienced designer/design teams in relation to entering into an agreement (the Contract) to provide create concept branding for Mulberry parade, specifically:

Tenderers were able to bid for some, all or none of the Lots. There was no limit as to how many Lots a Tenderer can bid for.

The Contracting Authority shall have no liability whatsoever to any applicant or tenderer as a result of its exercise of that discretion.

For the avoidance of doubt, all costs incurred by any applicant and / or tenderer before signature of any contract with the Contracting Authority shall be incurred entirely at that applicants / tenderers risk.
