Environment Agency - Emergency Self-powered Hydraulic Power Pack and associated Components at Taplow and Marsh Lane Control Weir Structures on the Jubilee River

For onsite service of an existing fixed HPP; and for the design, assembly, fabrication, testing & commissioning, delivery and training provision of a road legal towable, self-powered HPP unit.

Additional information: PLEASE NOTE: This exercise shall be conducted using the eSourcing application Bravo: suppliers shall only be considered by both registering their expression of interest on our portal at https://defra.bravosolution.co.uk; and completing and submitting their Selection Stage response by 2pm 9 September 2016.

• User Requirement Technical Specification - Taplow Marsh Weirs Emergency HPP - draft

DEADLINE: The deadline for the Selection Stage is 2pm on 9 September 2016. Suppliers must submit their completed 'Selection Stage Response Form' by this deadline: if no Selection Stage response has been submitted, the supplier's expression of interest will not be considered or accepted.

RIGHT TO CANCEL: The Environment Agency reserves the right to discontinue the procurement process at any time, which shall include the right not to award a framework or contract, and does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender, or any tender received, and reserves the right to award the framework or contract in part, or to call for new tenders should it consider this necessary.

The Environment Agency shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by any candidate or tenderer in connection with the completion and return of the information requested in this Contract Notice, or in the completion or submission of any tender.
