Commercial Expertise Consultancy Support for BEIS Commercial

This notice is for an extension to an existing awarded contract, with the original notice having been published on Contracts Finder and linked to this notice. It does not constitute an award for a new contract.

This variation increases the value of the contract from £1,346,000, as originally published on Contracts Finder, to £2,019,000. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(c) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

This variation increases the duration of the contract from the original end date of 30/04/2021, as originally published on Contracts Finder, to 30/04/2022. This was a pre-existing option in the contract and the initial procurement documents made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(a).

The CPV code for this contract has also been corrected, as it was initially published incorrectly. This does not indicate a change in the service provided, simply a correction of the initial error.

As per the original award notice, the scope of the contract remains:

The BEIS Commercial Team require Commercial advice, practical delivery and support at various levels of seniority for a variety of different work packages on a project basis. This work will support the existing BEIS expertise and provide capacity to the BEIS Commercial. This contract will be managed through individual call-offs according to requirements on a no volume-commitment basis.
